Wordrobe Creations — Refunds & Returns Policy

Made to order
Every item is printed especially for you once you place your order. Because my products are made to order / personalised, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/colour, or similar. Please check the product details and size guides carefully before ordering. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The T-shirts and Children's hoodies are printed on premium organic cotton:
Our Natural Raw Stanley/Stella garments are completely free from dyes, allowing each piece to showcase the true colour of the cotton plant itself.
The fabric retains tiny specks and seed particles from the original plant, making every garment beautifully unique and naturally textured.

Damages & issues (faulty items)

If your order arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please email me within 14 days of delivery at catherine@wordrobecreations.com with:

  • your order number,

  • a brief description of the issue, and

  • clear photos of the problem (and the packaging if damaged in transit).

Once confirmed, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible and provide any return instructions if a return is needed.
Please do not send anything back without contacting me first—unauthorised returns can’t be accepted.

Returns not accepted for change of mind

Because each item is produced individually just for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • change of mind or no longer wanted,

  • ordering the wrong size/colour,

  • minor variations in placement/colour that can occur with print processes or different screens.

If you’re unsure about sizing or details, please ask before ordering—I'm happy to help.

Where to send approved returns

If I confirm a return is required for a faulty item, I’ll share the correct return address and instructions in my email reply. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Exchanges

I don’t offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved for a faulty item, I’ll arrange it for you. Otherwise, please place a new order for the item you’d like.

EU/UK cooling-off information

Under distance-selling rules, customers usually have a cooling-off period. However, the right to cancel doesn’t apply to goods that are made to order or personalised. Since my items are produced individually after you order, the cooling-off period is not applicable, except where an item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds (timing)

If a refund is approved, I’ll process it to your original payment method within 7–14 days and email you once it’s issued. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
