Overview
Welcome to Wordrobe Creations. The terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Wordrobe Creations.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of my website, products, and services (together, the “Services”).
This store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products to you.
By using or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and my Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
1. Orders & Made-to-Order Products
All items sold through Wordrobe Creations are made to order through my UK fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable.
Each product is printed individually for you once your order is placed.
Because of this:

Minor variations in colour, placement, or sizing may occur.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described (see my Refund Policy).
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not received, if there is an error in product information, or for any other reasonable cause.
2. Prices & Payments
All prices shown are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the final price for your order.
You agree to provide accurate, current billing and contact information and authorise the stated payment method for the total amount due, including taxes and shipping.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Items are fulfilled and shipped directly from Inkthreadable in the UK.
Typical production and delivery times are 2–5 business days within the UK and longer for international orders.
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or events outside my control.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, artwork, text, and images appearing on this website are the intellectual property of Wordrobe Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5. Accuracy of Information
I do my best to ensure product descriptions and photographs are accurate, but colours or appearance may vary slightly due to individual screen settings.
Errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes may occasionally occur, and I reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.
6. Third-Party Services
This website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (for example, Shopify Payments or shipping providers).
I am not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Your use of those is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
