Wordrobe Creations – Shipping Policy

At Wordrobe Creations, every item is created especially for you.

Each product is printed to order through my trusted UK fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable.

This means your order is made with care, not mass-produced — helping to reduce waste and support sustainable production.

🌿 Processing & Production Time

All orders are subject to a 3–5 working day lead time before being shipped.
This allows time for your product to be printed, checked, and packed with care.

During busy periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. I’ll always do my best to keep you updated if any delays occur.

🚚 Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • UK: 2–5 working days

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 working days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal service, and customs processing for international orders.

🧺 Multiple Items

If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate parcels.
This helps reduce delays and keeps shipping as efficient as possible, especially when different products require separate printing or packaging.

🏷️ Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the items ordered.
Any available free shipping or discount promotions will be clearly shown on the website.

✉️ Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If tracking is available for your order, the tracking number will be included in that email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

💛 Delays & Missing Parcels

I do my best to ensure orders arrive on time, but please remember that shipping times are estimates.
Delays can occur due to postal issues, customs checks, or unforeseen events outside my control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me at catherine@wordrobecreations.com, and I’ll be happy to help track it down.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
